7:03 a.m. have just finished morning cup of tea so must get dressed and going. Got a room in Central Hotel and after breakfast caught for bus for Balloch, a little town at the south end of Loch Lomond. From there walked about two miles and then took a bus to Luss – the lake was very beautiful. We strolled around took some pictures, had lunch at Luss, then caught the train back to Glasgow. On the bus we met Bert Rutledge and Bill McLeod. In the evening we went out to the Muirs for a while. Mr. Muir is going with me tomorrow to Pitlochry and the Pass of Killiecrankie.
