Caught train at Buchanan St. station at 10 a.m.  – went through Perth to Pitlochry and had lunch, then went by bust to the Pass of Killiecrankie, where we took in the sights. Arrived back in Perth at 6:30 p.m., registered at Station Hotel went to picture show in the evening. On the way out in the train this morning met a Mr. McKay from Glasgow – I am spending the day with him tomorrow in his thatched roof cottage in the hills out from Blair Atholl.
