A Calgary reunion at Lingen, in Germany, a few miles from the Dutch border. I took Tiny as my partner and drove first to Leer, then on to the Sherbrooke Fusiliers where Freddie is O.C. had supper there and then Timmy Cameron arrived and several Doctors and Nurses whom I previously knew. We had a very nice evening then started the long trip home through Meppen, Sogel, Friesoythe to Bad Zwischenahn. Got home at 4 A.M. Heard that the Calgary’s had moved to Utrecht. The 2nd Armoured Brigade were under 24 hours notice to move to Almelo in Holland. I believe we are moving back to Holland soon.
